I feel I say it a lot but my favourite weddings are the ones where a couples personalities and passions are so clear and the day just shows off who they are and what they love. Its so awesome when a couple has poured hour after hour into (often) handcrafting a day that celebrates them. And I particually love venues that give a couple the blank canvas they need to create the perfect wedding for them, which is precisely what Thief Hall offers. Tucked away in the rolling hills of North Yorkshire, Thief Hall is a stunning little venue that allows couple to pretty much turn the venue into their perfect backdrop, which makes it pretty perfect for a wedding photographer. Yesterday I had the pleasure of shooting there with the absolutely amazing Emma & Mark.

These guys (and their dog, Ralph) were so great to shoot with and had a day filled with love, laughter, giant pork pies and waffles with ice cream! WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR!
