Hadsham Farm Wedding Photographer ~ Georgia & Charlie
Forget Glastonbury, T in the Park can get in the bin, get lost Download and who even cares about Leeds & Reading? No festival compared to Georgia & Charlie’s Wedding festival in the summer of ‘22.
Set to the backdrop of the incredible Hadsham Farm on an absolute scorcher of a day, Georgia & Charlie partied like they were headlining the Pyramid stage. My favourite weddings are the ones where a couple’s personality shines through and G & C’s day was no exception.
Hadsham Farm is a gorgeous site that is perfect for a festival vibes kind of wedding. The large tipis overlook a beautiful lake where to one side sits a ceremony area. G & C’s ceremony was conducted by a close friend of theirs, which was the second time I’d seen this happen in 2022 and is such a great idea. This friendship created an incredibly intimate and emotional ceremony with pretty much everyone in tears at some point.
The afternoon was super chilled, there was body painting, a car with a BBQ built into the engine bay and we even managed to get G & C in a row boat on the lake for some portraits.
As the sun began to set the guests gathered in the main tipi for something very special. If you’re thinking of hiring a wedding band, sack it off and get all your friends to put on the show of the century. Between Charlie and 12 of his friends they became a revolving band of the ages, it was like The Rolling Stones Rock ‘N’ Roll Circus for the modern day. And what a blinding show they put on with very little practice beforehand.
Once the band played their final song everyone gathered outside for G & C’s first dance where they slow danced as their friends and family surrounded them with sparklers. It was the perfect send off for an amazing day.
